Where do your millets and staples come from?
We source our products directly from certified organic farmers across the Indian heartland. Each batch is selected for purity, harvested with integrity, and delivered fresh to ensure you get the peak nutritional value of traditional Indian grains.
Is NESVA MART Ghee made using the Bilona method?
Yes, our Vedic A2 Ghee is crafted using the ancient Bilona method from the milk of free-grazing Gir cows. This slow-cooking process preserves the medicinal properties and authentic aroma of traditional Indian ghee.
What are your delivery timelines and charges?
We deliver pan-India. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Delivery is free for orders above ₹999; otherwise, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your kitchen in real-time.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the items are received in a damaged condition. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at care@nesvamart.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
